Location: Tysons, Virginia (onsite, office 5 days a week)

What you will do
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into HR systems like Workday
- Create, maintain, and organize HR documentation and records
- Support process compliance by following procedures and flagging discrepancies
- Respond to or route basic HR Operations inquiries
- Conduct audits of employee records for data accuracy
- Assist with ad hoc HR Operations projects and initiatives
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- No sponsorship for employment authorization or immigration support available
Nice to have
- Prior exposure to HRIS platform like Workday
- Experience in administrative, data entry, or HR support role
- Familiarity with HR operations processes or service delivery models
