Location: Tysons, Virginia (onsite, office 5 days a week)

What you will do

• Perform accurate and timely data entry into HR systems like Workday
• Create, maintain, and organize HR documentation and records
• Support process compliance by following procedures and flagging discrepancies
• Respond to or route basic HR Operations inquiries
• Conduct audits of employee records for data accuracy
• Assist with ad hoc HR Operations projects and initiatives

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• No sponsorship for employment authorization or immigration support available

Nice to have

• Prior exposure to HRIS platform like Workday
• Experience in administrative, data entry, or HR support role
• Familiarity with HR operations processes or service delivery models
