What you will do

• Manage and resolve moderately complex HR cases using established SOPs and playbooks.
• Serve as an escalation point for Tier 1 support, providing guidance on non-standard inquiries.
• Administer Form I-9 verification, return-to-work follow-ups, and termination workflows.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, including Day 1 orientation and employee communications.
• Maintain data accuracy in Workday and ServiceNow and participate in UAT for system initiatives.
• Partner with HRBPs, Legal, and Payroll to resolve high-risk or policy-driven scenarios.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or employee lifecycle administration.
• Strong proficiency with HR systems, specifically Workday and ServiceNow.
• Experience handling employee lifecycle transactions.
• Ability to manage high-volume case management and cross-functional workflows.
