TL;DR

Account Manager (SaaS): Managing and nurturing relationships with travel business clients to maximize platform value with an accent on client retention and account growth. Focus on identifying upsell opportunities, solving customer issues, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve the product.

Location: Must have the full legal right to work in a LATAM country (citizenship or residency)

Salary: $32K – $35K + Commission

What you will do

  • Manage and nurture relationships with new and existing B2B clients.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or expand product usage.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams to share customer feedback.
  • Solve customer issues with a proactive and friendly approach to drive long-term satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B account management or customer success.
  • Legal right to work in a LATAM country (citizenship or residency).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service instincts.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% for client visits.

Nice to have

  • SaaS sales or up-selling experience.
  • Knowledge of the travel industry’s consumer behavior.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM or similar platforms.
