TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (New York City, US). Must be legally able to work in the United States.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end renewal cycle for a portfolio of strategic US clients to ensure timely and successful outcomes.
  • Act as a commercial advisor to C-suite stakeholders, building value-led relationships to drive retention.
  • Identify and execute upsell and expansion opportunities in collaboration with Procurement, Product, and Solutions teams.
  • Lead strategic account reviews and ROI-driven discussions to articulate financial and operational impact.
  • Forecast and report on renewal pipelines, risks, and retention metrics for high visibility and accountability.
  • Champion the voice of the customer while maintaining a strong focus on commercial outcomes and account growth.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in revenue-responsible, customer-facing roles such as Account Manager or Customer Success Manager.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding retention targets and closing complex renewals.
  • Experience negotiating and influencing C-suite stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to explain complex ROI calculations to financial leaders.
  • English: C1 level required (Spanish proficiency is a plus).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
