What you will do

• Support end-to-end recruitment for PH and U.S. roles across various levels, primarily in BPO environments.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Manage initial screening, interview scheduling, and offer coordination.
• Update and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and ensure hiring targets are met.
• Assist in improving recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in BPO or high-volume hiring.
• Experience supporting hiring for Philippine and/or U.S. markets.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Must reside in Manila or nearby provinces.
• Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including graveyard shifts if required.
