Location: Work from Home (Philippines: Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga or Cebu). Work Schedule: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM PHT (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM AEDT)

What you will do

• Identify, interview, and recruit professionals for per diem and permanent assignments in health and life sciences.
• Generate leads via recruiting channels, strategic planning, and referrals; post and manage job ads including LinkedIn activity.
• Manage client relationships, understand hiring needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct English interviews via phone and Microsoft Teams; facilitate candidate debriefs and client interviews.
• Coordinate office activities, provide administrative and HR support, manage projects, and assist the director.
• Meet placement targets with a minimum of three placements per quarter; assist in business development.

Requirements

• Strong command of English (verbal and written) with confidence in client-facing communication
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Nursing, or Life Sciences (technical/science background preferred)
• Over 3 years as a 180 Recruiter in Australian market, ideally Executive Search or professional recruitment
• Experience recruiting complex roles in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries
• Proficient in ATS (e.g., JobAdder), Microsoft Office, LinkedIn sourcing/outreach
• Strong consultative interviewing, organization, time management, and ability to thrive under pressure
