Location: Hybrid in Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate and business roles, including CX, Operations, Finance, Marketing, HR, Legal, and Compliance.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and talent mapping.
  • Screen and evaluate applications to ensure alignment with organizational goals and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to define role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle and track hiring metrics.
  • Support employer branding and assist in improving recruitment SOPs and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for corporate/business support functions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in English and Filipino.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments such as tech startups, fintech, or e-commerce.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and talent market trends.
  • Must be based in Taguig City, Metro Manila for hybrid work.

Nice to have

  • Experience hiring for crypto, fintech, or e-wallet companies.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance requirements.
