TL;DR

Business Development Lead (Ecommerce): Prospecting and closing high-ticket memberships for an exclusive community of 7-figure e-commerce entrepreneurs with an accent on generating pipeline from events, outbound campaigns, and discovery calls. Focus on qualifying Amazon/DTC/Shopify founders, handling objections, and converting leads into paid members.

Location: Mexico. Remote with core hours alignment to Eastern Time (10:00–3:00 PM EST).

Base Salary: $5,000–$6,000 USD/month + uncapped commission (strong performers $10,000–$15,000/month total).

What you will do

  • Prospect and source qualified e-commerce founders (Amazon, DTC, Shopify, TikTok Shop) via events, social outreach, referrals, and campaigns.
  • Run discovery calls, present MDS value, handle objections, and close high-ticket memberships.
  • Represent MDS at industry events (Prosper Show, Amazon Accelerate), log contacts in GHL, and follow up immediately.
  • Manage personal pipeline in Go High Level with multi-channel follow-ups (email, SMS, DMs) and track conversion metrics.
  • Build presence in e-commerce ecosystem through content and relationships; share market insights with team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in sales/business development with personal track record of hitting targets and closing high-ticket B2B deals.
  • Direct e-commerce experience (Amazon, DTC, Shopify, TikTok Shop) to hold strategic conversations with 7-figure sellers.
  • Hands-on CRM experience (Go High Level preferred); self-directed pipeline generation and management.
  • Charismatic, relational style; comfortable with regular travel to events.
  • Comfortable traveling regularly to events and representing MDS on the ground.

Nice to have

  • Existing network in Amazon/Shopify/TikTok Shop seller communities.
  • Personal experience as e-commerce seller or brand operator.
  • Personal brand in e-commerce via social/podcasts.
  • Experience with membership communities or high-ticket group offers.
  • Multi-channel outreach (email, SMS, social DMs).
