What you will do

• Lead end-to-end hiring for quantitative researchers, algo developers, traders, and similar profiles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define real team needs and build sourcing strategies beyond standard channels.
• Interview candidates and guide teams in making calibrated hiring decisions.
• Manage external agencies and explore tools to streamline recruiting processes.

Requirements

• Fluent English (C1 or higher), written and spoken.
• 3+ years of recruitment experience, including in-house hiring for technically complex roles.
• Strong sourcing skills for high-quality candidates in competitive markets.
• Experience supporting hiring across multiple countries and distributed teams.
• Practical use of AI tools in sourcing, research, outreach, screening, or automation.
