TL;DR
Talent Acquisition Specialist (Fintech): Managing the full recruitment cycle for technical roles to build exceptional engineering teams with an accent on proactive sourcing and stakeholder management. Focus on identifying niche technical talent across multiple geographies and optimizing the end-to-end hiring experience.
Location: Hybrid in Limassol, Cyprus or Worldwide Remote. Relocation support to Cyprus is provided.

What you will do
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process for diverse technical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers and engineering teams to define requirements and hiring strategies.
- Source and engage high-quality technical candidates across multiple global geographies.
- Build and maintain pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill engineering positions.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess technical backgrounds and cultural fit.
- Provide market insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, specifically focused on technical/IT hiring.
- Proven track record of hiring engineering roles across various seniority levels.
- Deep understanding of software development roles, tech stacks, and current market trends.
- Strong expertise in direct sourcing and headhunting passive candidates.
- English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) proficiency required.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
