Location: Lithuania (Hybrid)

Salary: €2,500–€3,000 gross per month

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end recruitment processes for tech and non-tech roles across multiple countries.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs, craft job descriptions, and build hiring strategies.
• Coordinate sourcing efforts, screen applications, and conduct interviews.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and sourcing partners.
• Maintain recruitment analytics, reports, and dashboards while contributing to employer branding.
• Apply AI tools like ChatGPT to streamline sourcing, communication, and reporting.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in full-cycle IT and non-IT recruitment.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English (written and spoken).
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work in Lithuania to support the hybrid model.
