Talent Acquisition Partner (AI)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple countries.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, create job descriptions, and develop hiring strategies.
• Lead sourcing, application screening, interviews, and consultative support during candidate selection.
• Maintain candidate data, recruitment reports, trackers, and analytics dashboards.
• Contribute to employer branding, HR initiatives, and recruitment process optimization.
• Apply AI tools such as Gemini and Claude to improve sourcing, candidate communication, and reporting.

Requirements

• At least two years of full-cycle recruitment experience in an agency or in-house environment.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Availability to work from Bulgaria in a hybrid setup.
