Location: In person in New York office (SoHo)

Salary: $150K – $200K

What you will do

• Own visual identity across brand, web, and product surfaces
• Create high-craft work setting team standards for detail and quality
• Define scaling brand strategy with systems thinking across channels
• Apply strategic instinct connecting design to broader brand goals
• Partner with cross-functional teams to realize ideas

Requirements

• 5+ years leading and designing interactive brand experiences
• Excellent visual craft, interaction design, art direction, strong motion instinct
• Track record of independent delivery and influencing other designers/agencies
• Sharp eye for detail and passion for craft
• High NPS with former teammates
