Salary: $120,000–$140,000/year

What you will do

• Lead concept development for integrated campaigns, brand identity, and experiential work.
• Build scalable campaign platforms extending across broadcast, social, digital, OOH, and earned channels.
• Drive visual storytelling and establish the overall look and feel across all creative expressions.
• Integrate generative AI tools (image, video, 3D, voice) to accelerate ideation and produce finished assets.
• Develop and document AI workflows and prompt libraries for the broader creative team.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors and Strategy to translate insights into impactful campaign ideas.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in art direction or senior design roles at an agency or studio.
• Strong portfolio of integrated campaign and brand work that has run in market.
• Expert-level Figma skills and strong command of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Stable Diffusion, etc.) for real client work.
• Must be able to work from the Soho office four days per week.
• Confidence presenting campaign platforms to senior clients and executives.
