What you will do

• Develop and scale the brand identity across every touchpoint, including web, social, ads, email, events, and product surfaces.
• Own design projects end-to-end, from initial sketches to final assets.
• Collaborate closely with the design manager and leadership team to bring the brand to life.
• Evolve the brand system and guidelines as the company and product line grow.
• Create marketing creative and motion design assets.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of digital design experience, ideally within a startup or in-house creative team.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating range and taste in visual identity, marketing creative, and web design.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Framer or similar web development tools.
• Experience creating content inside lifecycle marketing platforms like Customer.io.
• Motion design skills using After Effects, LottieFiles, or similar tools.
• Curiosity and excitement about using AI to change creative workflows.
