What you will do

  • Own end-to-end prospecting and account mapping to align stakeholders within complex enterprise organizations.
  • Execute outbound motions including research, sequencing, and follow-ups to drive opportunities forward.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and track deal stages in the CRM to ensure zero delays in response times.
  • Prepare enterprise pitch materials and facilitate legal, IT, and security next steps with stakeholders.
  • Partner with leadership to define ICPs and establish strategies to scale enterprise growth.

Requirements

  • Strong track record in enterprise or mid-market SaaS (SDR, sales ops, or AE support).
  • Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, preferably in startups or health tech.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a resourceful, "do what it takes" attitude.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills—clear, patient, and confident.
  • Must be based in New York for full-time on-site work.
