TL;DR
Strategic Customer Success Manager (Compliance SaaS): Own success of 10–15 Tier 1 enterprise accounts across Supplier Intelligence, Product Compliance, Traceability, or Sustainability & Reporting with an accent on multi-module adoption, executive relationships, and expansion opportunities. Focus on building success plans, driving renewals and upsells, and channeling customer insights into product and GTM decisions.
Hybrid in Munich or Madrid — strong in-office presence (3 days per week) and regular time on-site with customers across Europe.

What you will do
- Build and maintain success plans, QBRs, and renewal motions for 10–15 named Tier 1 accounts.
- Drive multi-module adoption and platform expansion by aligning with customer regulatory roadmaps.
- Lead expansion conversations to BANT-qualified opportunities alongside Account Executives.
- Maintain quarterly Opp Maps for renewals, retention risks, cross-sells, and upsells.
- Own executive relationship maps, engaging C-level stakeholders and bringing in leadership.
- Act as customer voice to Product on roadmap and prioritization; contribute to topic forums.
- Keep account health, risks, and forecasts updated in Planhat and HubSpot.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or post-sales Consulting in enterprise B2B SaaS.
- Practitioner-level depth in Supplier Intelligence, Product Compliance, Traceability, or Sustainability & Reporting.
- Track record running multi-product, multi-stakeholder accounts with renewal and expansion responsibility.
- Credible at CxO level with CFOs, COOs, CSOs, VPs of Compliance.
- AI-native operator using AI daily for account research, planning, comms, and reporting.
- Excellent written and spoken English; confident with CRM/CS tools like HubSpot, Planhat.
Nice to have
- German or Spanish at working level.
- Hands-on exposure to CSRD, EUDR, CBAM, EU Taxonomy, PPWR, or REACH.
- Background in strategic/regulatory consulting or scaling CS functions.
