What you will do

• Scope and lead AI projects like document classification, data extraction, content generation, RAG, process prediction, workflow triggering, and multimodal bots.
• Drive zero-to-one AI product development, collaborating with go-to-market and operations teams.
• Prototype, productionize, and refine AI functionality based on real-world feedback and client needs.
• Establish research strategies, evaluation protocols, and engineering tools for faster AI scaling.
• Automate branching workflows for insurance, affordability, and fulfillment using AI/ML, RPA, and state machines.
• Build robust pipelines for diverse data, create consumer-grade AI experiences, and develop predictive models for biopharma partners.

Requirements

• Must work in person in New York office
• Strong programming and CS fundamentals
• End-to-end AI project experience: model dev, data infra, deployment, iteration
• Proficiency in LLM APIs, PyTorch/TensorFlow, full-stack (Python, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes)
• Strong communication for internal/external collaboration
• Track record of high-speed execution and resourcefulness
