What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to sophisticated ML/GenAI teams to drive business value.
• Provide technical guidance on GenAI and ML best practices and conduct product demos for technical and business stakeholders.
• Execute strategic business reviews and align client goals with KPIs in partnership with sales.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence the product roadmap.
• Identify and spearhead expansion opportunities within existing accounts.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Data Scientist, ML Engineer, or Engineer deploying ML/GenAI applications in production.
• Proficiency in a programming language such as Python, JS/TS, Java, or Go.
• Knowledge of ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and LLM/Agentic frameworks (LlamaIndex, LangGraph, DSPy).
• Experience working with public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Deep understanding of ML/DS lifecycles, model evaluation strategies, and REST APIs.
• Must be based in the New York City metro area or EST time zone.

Nice to have

• Customer-facing experience such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Consultant.
• Prior experience with MLOps and applications deployed with Kubernetes.
• Experience demoing technical products to both business and technical audiences.
