What you will do

• Implement and productionize ML solutions including supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, and deep learning.
• Establish MLOps workflows including CI/CD, experiment tracking, model registry, and reproducible deployments.
• Design high-quality data pipelines for structured and unstructured sources and enforce data contracts.
• Build AI agents using Copilot Studio and Python frameworks for orchestration and retrieval.
• Implement model monitoring for drift, bias, and business KPIs with automated rollback capabilities.
• Collaborate with analytics teams and cross-functional stakeholders to translate technical specs into code.

Requirements

• Eligibility to hold a U.S. Federal Public Trust security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience developing and deploying AI/ML models in production.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with Azure AI/ML workloads (Azure ML, Synapse, Data Lake).
• Availability to work 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.

Nice to have

• Experience with Event Hubs, feature stores, and vector databases for RAG.
• Knowledge of responsible AI (fairness, explainability, privacy) and model governance.
• Experience in public sector or highly regulated environments.
• Certifications in Azure AI/ML or MLOps.
