What you will do

• Execute implementation tasks for new deployments, including requirements analysis, configuration, testing, and rollout.
• Guide customers through technical onboarding, integration setup, troubleshooting, and data acquisition.
• Build and own evaluation frameworks to continuously measure and improve LLM performance across deployments.
• Collaborate with R&D and product teams to provide feedback and insights that shape platform improvements.
• Develop robust and scalable client solutions to ensure ongoing production stability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field.
• 4+ years of professional experience with Python.
• Experience designing and running offline and online LLM evaluations to measure model quality.
• Proficiency in working with relational databases, APIs, and ETL pipelines.
• Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, and Postgres.
• Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• CI/CD experience using GitHub Actions.
• Experience with healthcare data exchange standards such as FHIR, HL7, or EDI.
• Frontend development experience with React.
