TL;DR

VP Sales (SaaS): Driving revenue strategy across outbound sales, account management, and RevOps with an accent on international expansion and GTM localization. Focus on building a world-class GTM motion, scaling outbound functions in a PLG environment, and establishing a data-driven revenue culture.

Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany (3 days office, 2 days remote). Relocation support available.

Salary: €150,000 – €200,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Own and drive revenue strategy encompassing outbound sales, account management, and RevOps.
  • Define and execute the international expansion strategy, including market prioritization and GTM localization.
  • Lead and coach multi-functional teams to build a world-class GTM motion.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to align the full funnel and integrate PLG/MLG with sales motions.
  • Establish a data-driven revenue culture through precise forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
  • Partner with the CEO and management team to shape the overall company strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven VP-level sales leadership in a B2B SaaS company with a track record of delivering targets.
  • Experience leading international expansion and winning in new markets.
  • Expertise in building and scaling outbound sales functions, especially in PLG-first companies.
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS commercial roles, with at least 2 years in a Head of / VP leadership position.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Builder mentality comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-moving startup environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in HR tech, recruitment software, or adjacent SaaS verticals.
  • Experience managing or collaborating closely with a marketing function.
  • Strong network within the European SaaS ecosystem.
