What you will do

  • Lead and develop sales team across inbound, outbound, and aftersales, setting targets and building structure
  • Own full customer journey from first touch to conversion and long-term retention of enterprise accounts
  • Drive customer satisfaction, reviews, and repeat business
  • Oversee CRM systems and implement AI-driven workflows and sales automations
  • Develop market and customer insights to inform product, pricing, and go-to-market decisions
  • Collaborate with founders on commercial strategy and represent sales at leadership level

Requirements

  • 5+ years sales leadership in B2B with transactional and enterprise deals
  • Player-manager able to coach team and close deals
  • Track record building metrics-driven sales teams
  • Strong CRM, pipeline management, data-driven decisions
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels for B2B funnels
  • Native-level German essential; professional English
  • Curiosity about AI tools for automations
