What you will do
- Lead and develop sales team across inbound, outbound, and aftersales, setting targets and building structure
- Own full customer journey from first touch to conversion and long-term retention of enterprise accounts
- Drive customer satisfaction, reviews, and repeat business
- Oversee CRM systems and implement AI-driven workflows and sales automations
- Develop market and customer insights to inform product, pricing, and go-to-market decisions
- Collaborate with founders on commercial strategy and represent sales at leadership level
Requirements
- 5+ years sales leadership in B2B with transactional and enterprise deals
- Player-manager able to coach team and close deals
- Track record building metrics-driven sales teams
- Strong CRM, pipeline management, data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels for B2B funnels
- Native-level German essential; professional English
- Curiosity about AI tools for automations
