What you will do
- Develop and manage relationships with resellers, system integrators, and consulting partners in the ITAM and FinOps space.
- Build and execute detailed partner plans, including strategic engagement models, enablement, and joint demand generation.
- Recruit and manage strategic partner alliances and pipelines to ensure retention, growth, and customer success.
- Provide financial analysis, long-range forecasting, and business case development for potential partnerships.
- Drive joint selling motions and lead partner enablement milestones, including training and certification.
- Track partner opportunities in Salesforce and funnel market insights to Product Management to influence pricing and positioning.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Sales or Alliances within enterprise software or consulting.
- Established partner network across system integrators, resellers, and consultancies in the region.
- Experience operating at senior management level (VP / C-suite), including strategy development.
- Strong grounding in solution-based sales methodologies and leadership in building partner ecosystems.
- Knowledge of Cloud, Asset Management, ITSM, Virtualization, Migration, and Security technologies.
- Must be based in Germany and willing to travel a minimum of 30%.
