What you will do

• Identify, qualify, and close digitalisation and transformation projects in the six- to seven-digit range
• Build a sales pipeline across utilities, grid operators, and energy service providers
• Challenge clients with data-driven insights and reframe problems to guide decisions
• Involve colleagues for technical expertise, references, or key deal support
• Develop strong C-level relationships based on substantive value

Requirements

• Fluency in German and strong English skills
• Proven track record selling complex consulting, technology, or digitalisation programs in the energy sector with deal references
• Strong active network in the German energy market
• Experience closing large mandates with 6–12 month sales cycles
• University degree, ideally technical or business-related
• Understanding of smart grids, grid planning, critical infrastructure regulation, sector coupling, or energy trading
• High self-motivation with minimal management needed
