What you will do

  • Conduct cold outreach via calls and emails to source potential clients.
  • Qualify leads from website inquiries and marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
  • Identify client needs and present a high-level introduction of hirify.global' value proposition.
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospective clients.
  • Drive and organize meetings between prospects and the Sales team.
  • Report activity and results on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to the Business Development Manager.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Germany.
  • Bilingual in German and English.
  • Previous experience in a similar SaaS BDR position.
  • Previous experience in the Hospitality industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly motivated, structured, and organized mindset.
