What you will do

• Manage daily facilities operations and ticket triage for maintenance requests.
• Coordinate external vendors to maintain office functionality, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Organize office furniture, internal and external event setups, and meeting logistics.
• Perform routine walkthroughs to identify and resolve maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall employee experience.
• Maintain operational documentation and reporting systems.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in facilities, office operations, or hospitality.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-person environment.
• Availability to work outside core business hours when necessary.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Boston, MA.
• Commitment to leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks to ensure high-quality standards.
