What you will do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchise dealers, acting as the primary point of contact to provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and implement improvements based on client feedback.
- Analyze account performance to identify opportunities for growth, upselling, and cross-selling within the dealer network.
- Drive the adoption of LoJack solutions across sales, service, F&I, and store management departments.
- Manage dealer onboarding, account maintenance, and resolve issues regarding products and billing accuracy.
- Utilize Salesforce.com to document the sales process and prepare training presentations for dealers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in franchise dealerships or large-scale integrated software sales to automotive franchise dealerships.
- Must be based in Washington, California, or Oregon.
- Proven track record of reducing churn and maintaining high customer satisfaction (CSI).
- Proficiency with Salesforce, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and LinkedIn.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, including overnight stays.
- Availability to work extended hours and be on-call after regular business hours as needed.
