What you will do
- Manage day-to-day relationships as the primary point of contact for car dealer customers.
- Develop and execute business plans covering assortment, pricing, promotions, and new product launches.
- Identify strategic opportunities to increase margin, account share, and overall channel performance.
- Collaborate with internal Supply Chain, Finance, and Analytics teams to meet service goals.
- Partner with vehicle manufacturer field teams and local distributors to align initiatives.
- Provide performance reporting and support training for dealership associates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred).
- Professional experience in customer development, customer support, or sales.
- Experience working across multiple channels and functional areas.
- Must be based in Tennessee, US
