What you will do

  • Act as the primary HRBP for GTM Executives and Managers, providing strategic guidance and recommendations.
  • Create and drive the annual Revenue and Marketing Divisional People Plan aligned with business priorities.
  • Coach C-Suite members and leadership to execute people initiatives that drive business results.
  • Oversee the delivery of cyclical HR products, including performance management, goal setting, and compensation.
  • Analyze divisional workforce data to provide actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
  • Lead global HR projects, such as establishing legal entities and company-wide DEI initiatives.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA.
  • 7-8 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a SaaS/Tech scale-up.
  • 3-4 years of experience specifically supporting Go-To-Market (GTM) functions.
  • Experience working across multiple legal jurisdictions, including USA, Europe, and APAC.
  • Proven ability to influence C-Suite stakeholders through data and strategic HR solutions.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws in the US and Europe.
