What you will do
- Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions to ensure a superior offboarding experience.
- Provide guidance on termination, resignation, and redundancy processes, ensuring strict legal compliance.
- Lead and facilitate workforce reduction consultations, administrative hearings, and separation negotiations.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including legal counsel, payroll, and government bodies.
- Perform preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and provide first-level Employee Relations support.
- Drive process improvements and automation within the offboarding and employee relations workflows.
Requirements
- Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies.
- Proven track record in managing voluntary and involuntary terminations with sensitivity and legal precision.
- Ability to research and apply employment laws across various international jurisdictions.
- Business-level (C1) proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Must be based in the AMER region.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, asynchronous environment.
