What you will do

• Define requirements and frameworks for leveraging partnerships in rapid city deployments.
• Drive flexible site developments focused on integration speed and service capabilities.
• Spearhead joint initiatives as the operational link between external partners and internal teams.
• Identify and evaluate partners to support fleet requirements and accelerate market expansion.
• Standardize operational execution through scalable SOPs for replicating infrastructure models.
• Ensure operational excellence with performance metrics and SLAs for safety, quality, and uptime.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in engineering, business, operations management, or equivalent.
• 6+ years in operations strategy, joint development, or scaling physical infrastructure in mobility, logistics, or autonomous tech.
• Track record leading complex operational integrations or strategic partnerships to launch.
• Experience translating technical requirements into deployment blueprints and SLAs.
• Ability to drive cross-functional alignment between partners and internal teams.
• Strong analytical skills for building quantitative models on scaling strategies.

Nice to have

• Experience in autonomous vehicles, ride-hail, transportation, logistics, or mobility industries.
• MBA or Master's in relevant discipline.
• Scaling physical operations or launching new city markets for transportation networks.
• Understanding of autonomous fleet workflows like MRO, staging, and recovery ops.
• Project management or Lean Six Sigma certifications.
