Salary: $94,700–$159,300 annually (varies by state) + incentives and equity

What you will do
- Grow and retain top-spending clients through strong relationships and product knowledge.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas, driving revenue for New Construction team.
- Develop builder relationships via communication, in-market visits, and events (30% travel).
- Facilitate marketing solutions including digital ads, lead gen, and performance tracking.
- Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews with performance insights.
- Contribute to reporting, forecasting, and stay updated on industry trends.
Requirements
- 6+ years in B2B sales/account management; enterprise/strategic experience preferred
- Proven collaboration to drive account growth.
- Process-driven, organized sales execution.
- Consultative strategy across complex accounts with multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional presentation/communication to influence C-level executives.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, Domo, Highspot, SalesLoft, Gong, AI tools.
- 30% travel required
Nice to have
- Sales methodologies like Challenger or MEDDPICC.
- Experience with builders and new construction industry.
