What you will do
- Develop account intelligence frameworks and analyze data to inform targeting and expansion strategies.
- Own Salesforce stages, automation, workflows, and data integrity across the portfolio.
- Design performance metrics, reporting standards, and process improvements for sales productivity.
- Build demo environments, storylines, and centralized sales asset libraries with marketing and product teams.
- Gather sales feedback to refine assets, narratives, and enablement programs.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the US (EEO/AA employer).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years in B2B SaaS sales enablement, revenue operations, or travel/tour operator operations.
- Proficient in Salesforce (or HubSpot), SalesLoft, and sales enablement tools.
- Strong communication, analytical, and systems thinking skills.
