Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Math, Computer/Engineering Services, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in providing live technical support via phone and email.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a strong customer-focused mindset.
• Detail-oriented and process-driven approach to accuracy and efficiency.
• Must be available for travel during the second week of employment for training purposes.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with property management or real estate software, particularly hirify.global.
