Hybrid in Toronto, Ontario, Canada (office required Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday)
Base Salary: $105,600 - $132,000 CAD annually + 12.5% target bonus (total comp $118,800 - $148,500 CAD)

What you will do
- Own GTM tools strategy and roadmap, aligning tools to prospecting, pipeline management, deal execution, and expansion.
- Drive tool adoption and behavior change through enablement programs, role-based workflows, and manager coaching.
- Lead AI and revenue productivity initiatives, identifying use cases and scaling capabilities like call intelligence and forecasting.
- Establish governance and cross-functional alignment for tools, content, and workflows.
- Measure impact of programs, analyze usage data, and deliver executive insights on tool effectiveness.
- Build scalable infrastructure including playbooks, certification pathways, and integration into training.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems with focus on tools and technology
- Proven track record driving tool adoption, behavior change, and measurable business impact
- Deep familiarity with modern GTM tech stacks (CRM, forecasting tools, content platforms, AI solutions)
- Strong understanding of sales workflows, pipeline management, and frontline manager rhythms
- Experience building scalable enablement programs tied to revenue outcomes
- Analytical mindset, excellent communication, and ability to influence stakeholders

- Experience in SaaS or high-growth, consumption-based environment
