TL;DR

Senior GTM Enablement Manager (SaaS): Designing and executing regional enablement programs for the AMER Sales organization with an accent on seller productivity, pipeline quality, and execution consistency. Focus on reinforcing Command of the Message and MEDDPICC frameworks and coaching sellers in live deal contexts.

Location: Remote (Canada)

Salary: CAD 180,939 - 217,128 OTE

What you will do

  • Own AMER regional and segment-specific sales enablement programs.
  • Identify skill gaps and execution challenges using sales data and field inspection.
  • Create workshops, simulations, and manager toolkits to improve deal execution.
  • Reinforce the adoption of Command of the Message and MEDDPICC frameworks.
  • Partner with AMER Sales leadership to align enablement with business impact.
  • Coordinate onboarding and ramp reinforcement for new hires.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Canada.
  • 3+ years in GTM enablement, sales leadership, or sales operations within B2B SaaS.
  • 2+ years of prior quota-carrying or deal-facing experience.
  • Expertise in Command of the Message and MEDDPICC is required.
  • Experience enabling sellers in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 10–20% within AMER.
