TL;DR

Location: Must be eligible to work in Canada
Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 CAD per year

What you will do
- Manage data quality, deal accuracy, and weekly pipeline reporting within HubSpot or Q360.
- Coordinate the end-to-end RFP response process and maintain a reusable content library.
- Assemble high-quality proposals, quotes, and presentations using standard templates.
- Track dependencies for deals and follow up with internal stakeholders to unblock progress.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in sales support and operations.
- Strong expertise with CRM systems, specifically HubSpot.
- Proven experience with RFP processes and advanced document structuring using Office 360.
- Excellent writing and formatting skills with extreme attention to detail.
- Eligibility to work in Canada is required.
