What you will do

• Support global Sales Operations initiatives across Sales, Orders, Finance, and Salesforce teams.
• Maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, risks, and action items for leadership updates.
• Develop and execute communication and rollout plans for new processes, tools, and policy changes.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, issue tracking, and process validation.
• Create training materials, process documentation, FAQs, and user guides.
• Leverage AI tools to improve project execution, reporting, and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Project Management.
• Deep understanding of sales processes, including forecasting, pipeline management, quoting, and pricing.
• Proficiency with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and process governance.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills; Power BI experience is an asset.
• Strong proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance professional productivity.
