Salary: CA$77,000 - CA$96,000 per year

What you will do
- Build and own a portfolio of partners, ensuring long-term growth and performance.
- Manage the full partnership lifecycle: from identification and recruitment to negotiation and launch.
- Develop and execute joint Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies across various partner motions.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine the Ideal Partner Profile (IPP) and overall ecosystem strategy.
- Create scalable recruitment, qualification, and negotiation playbooks.
- Track and report on partner-sourced leads, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of transferable experience, with 2+ years specifically in SaaS, fintech, or B2B partnerships.
- Proven track record of recruiting, negotiating, and closing strategic partner agreements.
- Demonstrated success in contributing to partner-sourced pipeline or revenue goals.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to connect partner activity to revenue growth.
- Proficiency with CRM and PRM tools such as Salesforce or Partnerstack.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
Nice to have
- Strong expertise in partner agreement contracting and negotiation.
- Experience with financial management software or the SMB ecosystem.
