What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting process including sourcing, interviewing, feedback coordination, candidate management, and offer extension.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, ideal profiles, and interview processes.
• Execute sourcing strategies via LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, databases, and networking to attract passive candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings for technical skills, cultural fit, and motivation.
• Maintain passive candidate pipelines and track recruiting metrics.
• Participate in talent acquisition process improvements and ensure positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years as full-cycle Clinical Recruiter or related in fast-paced environment.
• Success recruiting various roles, expertise in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS like Greenhouse).
• Strong problem-solving, organizational skills, adaptability, and communication.
• Passion for exceptional candidate experience and attention to detail.
