Location: Remote within Canada (Calgary, AB; Montreal, QC; Ottawa, ON; Vancouver, BC); must have work authorization and permanently reside in Canada.

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from posting to offer negotiation for performance marketing positions.
- Conduct in-depth interviews assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build diverse candidate pipelines via outbound sourcing, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Provide weekly updates to hiring managers on pipeline health, progress, and market insights.
- Deliver outstanding candidate experiences collaborating with interview teams.
- Partner with managers to define needs, advise on practices, and maintain talent pipelines for 7-10 requisitions.
Requirements
- 3+ years Talent Acquisition in fast-paced environments, ideally performance marketing agencies
- Proven recruiting for SEO, Paid Media, CRO, Programmatic, Content, Creative, Marketing/Rev Ops
- Advanced sourcing: Boolean searches, databases, networking, market research
- Proficiency with ATS and tools like Ashby/Juicebox
- Experience recruiting in Canada markets; knowledge of multi-country compliance
- Track record filling high-volume, hard-to-fill roles quickly

- Experience with Mexico, UK, US markets
- Performance marketing agency background
