Salary: $75,000 - $95,000

What you will do

• Manage all phases of recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, phone screens, candidate submittals, offer approvals, and extensions.
• Implement strategies to source candidates using tools like LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Handle job requisitions, postings, and ATS documentation in Workday.
• Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders across practice areas and offices.
• Develop recruiting processes for ISP communities and maintain reports for leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in consulting or professional services.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday.
• Ability to use creative sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Indeed; build stakeholder relationships; work independently in fast-paced environment.
