TL;DR
Director, Product-Led Growth & Billing Systems (Legal Tech): Lead PLG strategy across full product portfolio and own mission-critical billing system with an accent on growth loops, experimentation, and monetization infrastructure. Focus on transitioning sales-led organization to product-led model, managing high-stakes stakeholders, and deploying AI-enabled growth tools.
Location: Based in the US or Canada. Hybrid work environment, with expectation for local ns (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin and Sydney) to be in office minimum twice per week.
Salary: $204,000–$306,000 CAD (depending on experience, skills, and location; variable pay eligible).

What you will do
- Define PLG strategy, vision, metrics, and roadmap across full product suite, including acquisition, activation, onboarding, and expansion.
- Lead teams building growth loops, end-to-end funnels, and experimentation culture with AI tools.
- Own full product lifecycle of Billing System (CBS) for pricing, quotes, packaging, and charging.
- Manage stakeholders across sales, finance, marketing, GTM, and product; set priorities and communicate tradeoffs.
- Partner with GTM on monetization and ensure alignment with broader go-to-market motion.
- Build data tooling, telemetry, and executive-level contributions to growth and infrastructure.
Requirements
- 10+ years in product growth or management in B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated experience building/scaling PLG in multi-product portfolio and sales-to-product-led transition
- Lead and develop cross-functional product teams
- Deep knowledge of growth metrics (activation, time-to-value, expansion, NRR, PQLs)
- Technical background to own complex billing/commerce systems
- Strong stakeholder management, data analysis, and decisive communication skills
- Based in the US or Canada

- Experience owning billing/pricing/commerce systems in SaaS
- Legal tech or regulated industry background
- Product and marketing experience
- At Series D+ or post-IPO growth stage company
