Location: Remote (in the U.S.), must reside full-time within the United States. Collaborative working hours 10 AM - 3 PM PT.

Salary: $143,884–$176,138 annually

What you will do

• Develop and communicate product vision and strategy aligned with organizational priorities, including roadmaps and metrics.
• Lead and develop a team of product managers, fostering curiosity, collaboration, and AI integration.
• Collaborate with engineering, partnerships, philanthropy, and other directors to align on priorities and deliver impact.
• Specialize in new products: identify opportunities, lead discovery and validation, run pilots, make go/no-go decisions, and develop business plans.
• Leverage AI for product discovery, prioritization, and delivery; communicate progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in leadership managing direct reports
• Experience building new products from concept to launch, including discovery, validation, pilots, and product-market fit
• Familiarity with AI and emerging technologies for product development
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Experience with agile methodologies, data-driven decisions, and managing ambiguity
• Commitment to mission of improving government services for those who need them most

Nice to have

• Experience incorporating AI into products with ethical considerations
• Background in social safety net or government services
• Product advisory in civic tech or regulated industries
• Familiarity with civic tech ecosystem
• B2B or B2G product management experience
