What you will do

• Own product vision and strategy for the Insights Business Unit, specifically catering to HR and Leadership needs.
• Build AI-powered products using generative UIs and prompt engineering to surface strategic organizational insights.
• Prototype in Figma and collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ship and iterate.
• Translate complex organizational data into strategic narratives regarding team health and performance.
• Coordinate cross-BU alignment and platform decisions within a matrixed organization.
• Research the HR/Leadership audience to innovate recognition and performance management tools.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product experience in B2B SaaS.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Deep expertise in data, analytics, or insights-driven products.
• Proven track record of building and experimenting with AI to reshape SaaS functionality.
• Strong analytical skills in data modeling and SaaS metrics.
• Ability to distill complex information into clear, jargon-free narratives.

Nice to have

• Experience in HR tech or a deep interest in the future of work.
• Experience shipping production-ready AI-powered products using LLMs.
• Familiarity with BI tools or data visualization platforms.
• Track record of 0-1 product development.
