Salary: $140,000 to $160,000 annually

What you will do

• Define and execute product strategies to maximize revenue per user and improve end-to-end funnel performance.
• Optimize user experiences across conversion flows, lead quality, and monetization outcomes.
• Design and launch new UI/UX experiences from concept to implementation with engineering and design.
• Lead A/B testing and conversion optimization experiments.
• Oversee full-funnel metrics, balancing growth with customer value.
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, and business teams for delivery and operations.
• Mentor junior product managers on execution and strategic thinking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of product management experience in growth, marketplaces, lead generation, or consumer digital products.
• Proven success improving full-funnel performance with revenue impact.
• Strong experience building and optimizing UI/UX and digital journeys.
• Advanced analytical skills with hands-on experience in Excel, SQL, or similar.
• Understanding of APIs, backend systems, and technical ecosystems.
• Expertise in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• Background in home services, marketplace platforms, or lead generation preferred.
