What you will do

• Define and execute PLG strategy across marketing site, signup, onboarding, and self-serve experiences
• Own funnel metrics like visit-to-signup, activation, conversion, and retention with continuous optimization
• Lead AI-native practices for personalization, speed, and experimentation
• Drive structured experimentation culture with rapid testing and data-driven decisions
• Partner with sales, marketing, GTM, and monetization teams on growth initiatives
• Manage, mentor, and scale a product management team focused on growth
• Identify growth opportunities and incorporate into strategic planning

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles managing teams
• Proven experience leading PLG initiatives across acquisition, onboarding, and retention
• Strong background in funnel optimization, experimentation, and data-driven development
• Demonstrated success delivering revenue impact through product innovation
• Experience applying AI tools across the product lifecycle (research, prototyping, iteration, evaluation)
• Strong cross-functional leadership to influence executives
• Experience in SaaS with GTM motions and subscription models
• Ability to balance strategic vision and tactical execution in high-growth settings
