What you will do

• Own the in-product experience for team invites, joiners, and admin upgrade requests.
• Develop credit and plan upsell flows driven by user usage patterns.
• Create hand-off mechanisms to guide qualified teams to the sales team.
• Use AI tools like Claude Code and Cursor for rapid prototyping and validation.
• Measure success through funnel instrumentation and expansion metrics.
• Align with Pricing & Packaging, Sales, and Support teams to ensure a cohesive experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of proven SaaS product management experience.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Track record of unlocking revenue and driving impactful product outcomes.
• Technical fluency and experience as an AI-native builder (using tools like Cursor).
• Strong ability to operate in ambiguous environments with high agency.

Nice to have

• Domain experience in PLG, monetization, billing, or expansion surfaces.
