What you will do

• Sustain unified portfolio source of truth with integrated roadmaps, dependency views, and transparent reporting for executives.
• Translate ambiguous challenges into scoped problems with data-informed recommendations and barrier removal.
• Apply systems thinking to refine success measures, build playbooks, and improve operating models continuously.
• Influence stakeholders, drive change adoption, and deliver executive updates to ensure alignment and outcomes.
• Own end-to-end program execution with clear plans, risk mitigation, and measurable progress against goals.
• Design governance models, lead quarterly planning, and build feedback loops for adaptive portfolio prioritization.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Program Management or Strategy & Operations
• Demonstrated success in fast-paced, high-growth, or matrixed environments leading multi-quarter transformation portfolios.
• Background with GTM and Product organizations (Sales, Success, Marketing, Revenue Ops, Product, Engineering) preferred.
• Strong command of OKRs, DRI, RAID/RACI, prioritization, governance, and change management frameworks.
• Ability to build dashboards, define success measures, and connect strategy to operations.
• Exceptional organizational skills, executive presence, and comfort with ambiguity.
