Salary: Zone A USD 166500–217375; Zone B USD 150300–196225; Zone C USD 138600–180950 (United States pay zones)

What you will do
- Sustain unified portfolio source of truth with integrated roadmaps, dependency views, and transparent reporting for executives.
- Translate ambiguous challenges into scoped problems with data-informed recommendations and barrier removal.
- Apply systems thinking to refine success measures, build playbooks, and improve operating models continuously.
- Influence stakeholders, drive change adoption, and deliver executive updates to ensure alignment and outcomes.
- Own end-to-end program execution with clear plans, risk mitigation, and measurable progress against goals.
- Design governance models, lead quarterly planning, and build feedback loops for adaptive portfolio prioritization.
Requirements
- 10+ years in Program Management or Strategy & Operations
- Demonstrated success in fast-paced, high-growth, or matrixed environments leading multi-quarter transformation portfolios.
- Background with GTM and Product organizations (Sales, Success, Marketing, Revenue Ops, Product, Engineering) preferred.
- Strong command of OKRs, DRI, RAID/RACI, prioritization, governance, and change management frameworks.
- Ability to build dashboards, define success measures, and connect strategy to operations.
- Exceptional organizational skills, executive presence, and comfort with ambiguity.
