Salary: $115,000 - $120,000

What you will do

• Govern portfolios of related projects as coordinated programs, managing interdependencies and resources
• Lead full project lifecycle from scoping to delivery, including requirements gathering and quality assurance
• Engage stakeholders through status updates, training, and relationship building
• Conduct profitability analysis, evaluate change orders, and prioritize initiatives
• Leverage AI tools for tracking, forecasting, and process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree + 5+ years or Associate’s + 7+ years project management experience
• Fluency in Agile, Scrum, Kanban methodologies
• Proficiency with AI-powered PM tools like Jira and ability to apply AI insights
• Strong communication to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Experience managing multiple projects, presenting to executives, and profitability analysis
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

Nice to have

• 5+ years incentive industry knowledge
• Experience with Confluence or AI-assisted reporting tools
